LONDON 10km RUNNERS FUND 1500 HIV TESTS

Several runners represented the Donald Woods Foundation in this year's London 10km Run through central London. They raised enough money to fund over 1500 HIV tests, which will enable many children and adults to live long and active lives through proper treatment and support, as well as prevent many countless others from contracting HIV in the process, through the programme's awareness, counselling and prevention programme.

Congratulations to Will, Mike, Mary, Vicki, Tania, Marc, Nancy and Yoel, who with Sam behind the the team, surpassed our fundraising target of £5,500 with more still to come. Next year's event will involve 12 runners with an increased target of £7,500 for our expanded HIV/TB programme and our new 100 Schools' Programme.
